Apply for resources

TOOR.sh provides free VMs, storage, public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and colocation to projects that serve the security community and the public good.

eligibility

Who can apply

We prioritize security research, educational initiatives, privacy tools and nonprofit projects that benefit the public.

We do not provide resources for individual bug bounty work. Resources may only be used for the approved project, and spam, abuse or illegal activity results in immediate termination. Service is best effort, with no SLA.

process

How to apply

  1. Email us your project detailsThe button below opens an email with the questions already filled in.
  2. We review itApplications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We usually reply within a few weeks.
  3. We set you upOnce approved, we provision your resources and send you access details.
